They are easy to test.
Test from terminal B to a good ground.
This is the spec. for it. You need a scan tool to know how much vacuum is on it or a hand operated vacuum pump with gauge.

well man I have been married twice. Neither could handle the military. I did however figure out something that I will never change on again. Two people can be happy together for 20 years, get married and everything goes to ****! I dunno why it is that way but it is. I know I am much happier with the occasional "girlfriend", but I like to do what I want when I want. Having someone think they have a say in that just gets me.
Besides, a wife would put all that wear on the passenger side seat and carpet. Not to mention having to explain why it is that she doesn't stand a snowballs' chance of driving my car.

I always hate it when I feel I have to tell the wife I am going out to a strip club with the boys. Why can't they understand ??????
