Looks rich - more on the right - and it's not doing a great job correcting for it, though it's getting close. What is the Coolant Temp Signal - I see Air Temp, but not Coolant? Make sure the TPS remains steady - if it bounces above .62 volts it'll go rich. Disconnect the MAF and see if the BLM's get any better. Check injector resistance hot. Clamp off the Purge hose and observe the BLM's. 128 is ideal, but at either of the #'s it's spitting out, it should be able to pull the Integrator back to 128. Off hand, an injector balance test would help, but you need a tool to energize each injector for a couple of milliseconds while you observe pressure drop at the rail. That tool is about 80 bucks at NAPA and noting minor differences on most pressure gages is difficult (the increments are too small to read correctly) - you might be better served by simply checking resistance hot, pulling a plug or two on the right side and seeing if one is a little sootier than the other - if so, the injector for any that are fouled probably needs cleaning - heck, with these numbers, I'd get 'em all cleaned.

Finally put new Opti on the vette! Idles smooth!

Realized old opti was difficult to turn by hand and was squeaking. The bushing had rusted and is shot! A lot of oil on the outside of the unit from leaking timing cover seals, but overall dry inside the unit (Other than lip of back plate - photo included). I took some pics for you guys to see. Thanks for all your help!

Any way to prevent the new opti bushing from rusting and seizing? Or is it just old age and better off buying a new opti? I couldn't find a new bearing set at any parts stores...

Actually if you look it is not a bearing it is a bushing. There is no way other than keeping it dry to prevent the rust. The Dynaspark and MSD both used bearings IIRC. That said some last to 150k so yes it is time to replace it when it goes up in miles. Rotor wears, cap developes arc tracing (wich causes missing) other interior parts rust from ozone/moisture over time.
