Fans run constantly

I just finished the LT4 swap and the fans run all the time .Before the ecm flash and after the flash. They didn't do this before the engine swap but right after initial start-up they run when ever the engine is running and don't shut off until you turn off the key??

It sounds like your car is in "limp" mode which would cause the fans to run constantly as you are describing. Have you scanned it for error codes ?

Are the pressure switches on the A/c lines connected?

I think that if you have the a/c or defrost selected no matter what temp you select, one of the fans will run. Also, if that is not the issue you may have a relay issue.

Usually the fan on the pass side only comes on if the car is running hot or you turn on the a/c.Both fans on all the time?
Did you make sure the relays are plugged in correctly,make sure they aren't cracked or broken inside.
If you unplug the ECM do the fans still work?
