Need information on 84 heads, please
OK here is the stupid question of the day. I have an 84 Corvette that I am rebuilding (attempting) the engine on. I am about to place the heads on the block. They are identical so I did not mark right or left. Now when I go to put them on I find the water temp sending unit for the fan in the threaded hold on the rear of the head under the exhaust manafold. Now then, the other head has a hole in the exact location as the other head.
What goes in that hole?
I am ready to take all the obuse for being this dumb. I bagged and marked everything I took off and also took a picture of it, except for the heads.
Anyone that can help me I will be in debt to.
