C5 Sway bar upgrade results
I recently bought and install new C6 Z51 sway bars on my 99 C5. The install was fairly straight forward and it seemed to go on without any adjustments (although the new rudder bushings seemed to more compressed than the stock ones). My test drive was great, better in turns, but there was some hard noises (over bumps) from the front end (stiffer bars). I wonder if this is normal because they need to settle in, or could I have possible have over torqued something? I will admit I didn't use a torque wrench, but I didn't use much force on the nuts. Any suggestions would be helpful.
