Default Rubber to pavement!!

How can I increase traction to the rear. I know someone wants to say stickys or something. I want it to be DOT approved but Im think of more of a suspension change. Anything that will help keep my back end planted would be great. Currently I lowered the back and have upgrade sway bars.

Stickier tires, DRM has some brackets that add more squat, an alignment with less negative camber (sacrifice cornering for straight line), and learning to launch.

Let some air out to the rear tires and keep the gas tank full at all times.

Do you mean "...keep...back end planted..." in a straight line (drag racing), or do you mean cornering (comming out of turns/autoX/road track)? The setup you need depends partly on the answer to this question.

drag radials are DOT approved and are much stickier than "street" tires. Also lowering the psi in the rears helps a LOT even with regular tires. I dropped mine to 25 psi at the track and it shaved off a tenth off my ET. I know thats not a lot off a 14.4 second run but oh well

Yes I want to get the rear end planted to the ground. Mainly the road is concerning me. I know road condition have to be in my favor but something has to help. I think that Im alittle moe loose in *** than the average vette. I got also a 30 for profille on my PS2s which probly isnt much help. I just feel that I had more traction with my 285/35/17 vises my 335/30/18. Whats a good street slick?
