Default 85 wireing question

Quick question, going through my harness and finding several half a$$ repairs. Anyone know off hand where this clipped red wire should be connected too?

My guess would be where someon esplice this black wire into the relay.

FYI someone rigged the fans to a toggle if these are fan related wiring.

I "believe" that that wire goes to the fan, which would explain the toggle.

My 12v fan wire kept melting until I upgraded to the newer fan relay module and it has been fine ever since...

That small barrel in the wiring looks like the factory fusible link which would make sense with the fact that they put a toggle switch on one of the fans. You can replace that with a new fusible link and get rid of that switch pretty easily.
