There are separate flashers for the turn signals and the 4-way hazard flashers.
The turn signal flasher in on the lower left corner of the instrument panel. Remove the hush panel and it will be above a set of 3 relays. The case will most likely be yellow or green plastic.
The hazard flasher is clipped to a mounting bracket directly behind the radio receiver box. That box in at the bottom of the RH side of the dash near the RH kick panel. The hazard flasher will probably look the same or very close to the turn signal flasher.
