What parts do i need?
Any one know the name of these parts I would appreciate it.

Is that part of your front crash assembly?
Do you have Jason's contact info at Vette-2-Vette? Since he's a salvager, he'd know (and probably have it).

I did look pretty close at the pics. Having had both new and older style bumpers, I did recognize that shamdave posted pics for an early style car/bumper. You posted the later style.
My first inclination was to suggest a simple L-bracket for one of the parts circled. I REALLY couldn't figure out which other pieces were in question.
Most importantly, I betting salvage/improvisation could be the best options for the issue.

Thanks guys I will try to get in touch with Vett to Vett, and it is an 85 and i am painting it and when i took off the sagging bumper that is what i found
it does look like i need (from the diagram) a #26 25 and 21
