Default No Fuel Pressure!

Ive got a '88 C4 with 162,000 on my L98. Over the past few months Ive been getting everything put together for the powerdyne install. Well one of the new parts was a walbro 255 fuel pump which I put in with no problems and drove the car with a few time before putting her under the knife for the s/c install. Never had any problems with the pump. Now I just finished install brand new Accel 30 lb injectors and putting my TPI back on after having it powdercoated as well as using a coin to shim my fuel pressure regulator. Well I finally get everything back together and by using my fuel pressure gauge on the schrader valve with the key in the on position Ive got 0 fuel pressure. And I turn the key and nothing-starter doesnt even turn over and I didnt notice the fuel pump come on.
What should I suspect first?-the fuel pump?
Also to leak test the injectors all I did was put the key in the on position-was that the correct way to do it? If something went wrong with the pump Im guessing that wouldve made my leak check inaccurate?

You've got something else going on if your starter doesn't even turn. Are you sure you reconnected everything in the bay?

You need to retrace all your steps. Something isn't connected I wager.

Do you have lights under the hood, dash lights? If not then clean the battery connections.

Dash lights are fine and the battery is reading around 11volts

11 volts is part of your problem. Charge the battery and try again.

Just got done messing with the car-turns out it was my vats fuse that wasnt in-that and the fuel pressure tester I have is broken. The car fired right up. Though I do have a few vaccuum lines to hook up-does anyone have any close up shots of the one that goes from the back of the plenum to the master cylinder?-I cant get mine to screw into the back.
Also Ive got antifreeze leaking from somewhere onto my intake manifold under the plenum. Not sure where it could be coming from though.
