LT4 heads are the best GM stock production heads ever produced from an air flow perspective on a 1st Gen type motor...
I ran the Hot Cam on GM's Dyno Simulator at the GMPP website
with 185cc Vortec Bowtie Small Port heads and the sim stated
420hp on a 350... this is with a Carburetor however on a ZZ4 bottom
end roller block.
Flow figures on the Small Bowtie Vortecs and LT4's are similar...
what will limit your engine is the induction.. a carb on your
LT4 with the Hotcam would break 400hp..
Your preposed mods sound good...
