I wouldn't replace anything thats not broke or wore. All the parts that you listed can be replaced with the motor in the car if they went bad. with only 47,000 miles a wouldnt think any of those parts would be worn out.
Take the cover off the oil pump and look at the gears. If they show signs of wear or scratches from debris, then replace it.
Everything else will be fine unless they show signs of damage/wear.
The ATI damper is a nice upgrade over stock, but it's a "nice to have" not a requirement.

I saw your new ATI damper in your 383 build thread. How do you "balance" the new ATI damper ? If someone just replaces
a harmonic balancer, shouldn't it be "matched" with the old one ?

The OEM damper is also neutrally balanced like the ATI. Having said that some of them do have weights added to fine tune the balance (you can see the pin weights in the pics of my stock LT4 balancer in my 383 thread). Not sure how to get the ATI to match, so that's a good question you've asked.
