Front Spoiler Brackets-Where Does This Go?

I recently replaced the front spoiler on my 85 and located an NOS spoiler mounting kit which came with 2 brackets. One of the brackets, the short one with a 90 degree left bend on one end and a 90 degree right bend on the other end was no problem to bolt up. But the other bracket doesn't seem to fit anywhere that I can see. I looked on my other 85 and an 87 I'm working on right now and don't see it on those cars or in my factory parts manual. Anybody know where this one mounts?

That's the center spoiler support bracket for the later C4 Vettes (88-96). The kit you bought included both sets of brackets.
