intake Gasket question.

Default intake Gasket question.
With the plenum to throttle body/runner gaskets etc,I believe they are installed dry as supplied,or do some guys add a permatex type coating to the gaskets prior to installation???

Mine are dry. R&R of the plenum to work on the injectors is easy this way.

It depends, I had trouble with my runners sealing so I had to use a little permatex to stop them from leaking. Normally you wouldn't have to use a sealer....WW

When I replaced my injectors I reinstalled dry sealed fine

Always done mine dry with success. If both mating surfaces are clean and flat, it will seal just fine.
