86 & Roller rockers...
I changed the oil on my 86 today, looked inside the fill hole, and found I have ROLLER ROCKERS. Is this stock? It has guide plates too.
Is this how GM did it, or something added later. This car is a late 86.

no it isnt stock, i think RR werent added at the factory until the LT4

As far as I know 87"s started with roller tip rockers. The "86 aluminium head vettes have guide plates, but not the type you would use with hardened push rods. I could be wrong, but that"s what I think
