will c5 wheels fit a c4

I'm buying a 84 corvette from my brother and want to know if c5 wheels will fit a c4?

'88 and up yes. '84-'87 require spacers.

Yes with 1" inch adapters because of the offset
if you're goin with 88-96 wheels,3/4 inch adapters

Tire size

I know that C5 wheels will fit my 87 c4 with the use of 1” spacers ….. my question is will the stock size rear tire for the c5 (275/40/18) clear the rear wheel opening with no issues? Any help here will be appreciated as I’m getting ready to buy tires

Yes. I'm using stock C5 rims and the corresponding C5 tires size for each of those rim.
