I've got a 1991 Vet that won't start. Has spark, 48#'s fuel pressure, starts with spray into throttle body; changed ECM from a running car with no change, also replaced fuel pump relay. Can't seem to get the injectors to activate. Anybody got any ideas?

you have a shorted one or two injectors that is shutting down the ecu injector driver, ohm check the injectors.. they must be over 12, under that is NG, under 5 is a dead short. Do you know how to check them?
Injector fuses ??
ECM needs to see a reference signal from dizzy before it will fire the injectors. The signal comes from the module. Bad module could result in no reference signal to ECM.
This info is from my 86 FSM, but may help shed some light.

You were right; #7 injector read 6 ohms and when I left it disconnected the car started. Can you set me up with a set of injectors?
