Bumper or bumper cover?
Need thin arms to get at the top bolts holding the bumper cover to the body work

Just follow the joint line and undo every bolt
101 10mm bolts

1/4 drive ratchet, 7 or 8 mm across the top.

Remove reverse lights & license plate. Reach in through openings and remove two 10 mm nuts on each inboard taillight. Reach in through opening of removed taillight and remove outers. You can see some of the side fasteners through the taillight openings, these are 10 mm. Going by feel, work your way up the sides and across the top removing 8-10 (?) 7mm screws. It's no fun but it's not hard. Now, if you are doing the same as I did, completely replacing the rear cover, then get a sharp razor knife and cut it off following the seam about an inch or so away. This way all the screws are visible!
When you get ready to re-install the cover run a piece of masking tape along the edge of the mounting surface. Then with a pen, mark the location of each and every screw hole. This will make re-assembly MUCH more pleasant than searching blind for them.

Get a 7mm boxend ratchet for the ones across the top, much easier.
drop your exhaust and remove wheel well covers to get at 10mm on the sides, my arm is to big to get in through the lights.

if you are replacing the cover with another just cut the old one off then remove bolts holding it on, will save you a good 4 hours of aggravation.
