Default Digital dash parts.

I have a couple of dead segments in my display and I've narrowed it down to one of the rubber blocks in the display. The problem moves when I move the block to another position. Can I just order one of these blocks, or do I have to send the display into someone for them to fix? Thanks in advance.

You can call one of these places to see if they will sell you a block,or send it in to have it serviced. WW

Thanks for the info. I may just send it off to one of them to get it fixed. They're not as expensive as I feared. Lots of things to fix up. Thanks again.

You've hit the nail on the head great job narrowing it down to this point. You can drag a razorblade down the face of the rubber like encased contact blocks extensions to scrape any dirt or debris that may be stuck to the contact on the faces then reassemble the cards. Just one piece of dirt will cause a problem similar to what your describing. These extensions don't fail in the middle. For the most part, all the blocks can be moved around except the ones on the bottom corners since they are usually squished too much to work in other slots...make sure they are fully seated in the retainers.
