Default Do I dare ask this question

Yep cylinder head.
I have a chance to get a set of new Race Rites with shipping $1000. First does the price seem fair?

Secondly,
Specs are 180cc runner
67cc chamber
2.080 intake
1.600 exhaust.

No need to get in a debate on the runner or chamber, those are the sizes I'm looking for.

Presently Darts ss are
165cc runner
72 cc chamber
1.94
1.5

I use 1.6 rrs so with my cam I have my total lift at this point is just under .500

In the near future I will have a 383 but for now I'm sticking with the 350 so I hope to use whatever heads I buy for now to use on the build as well.

1) are there any pros or cons with using my present set up with the 2.080 intake valves?
2) The race rites will be set up for .600 lift so I awsume that there are no drawbacks since my total lift at this point is only .500

I don't see a problem. I'm sure you know a 383 can use a larger cc runner.

If the springs are for .600 lift, the spring pressure may be too high for your cam, or uneeded. Beyond that, sounds like a nice upgrade, more flow and compression.
