They will work, however, they are a 1/6'' smaller in diameter, than stock. I would assume that they are grade 8, being they are meant for a heady duty application, but I would contact the seller, if your set on getting these.
You should be able to find 14 mm or 9/16" grade 8 bolts online if you can't find them locally. I ended up buying alloy threaded rod from Acklands and cutting to size.

also, those on ebay you posted look like they dont have nylock locking nuts.
I just lowered my rear with the 10 inch bolts. Managed to get the rear from 29 1/4 to 27 1/2 inches. I'm happy with it now. It may only be an 1 3/4 inches but it looks like alot more. My avatar shows my car at the original rear height.
