Default Frisbee Removal

I read on C-4 tech info and FAQ that the frisbee should be removed because it robs h.p. Also said it was there to help belt. If the frisbee is removed do I risk problems with the belt? I would appreciate your input.

Put the bolts back in with a lock washer after removal.

Or if its like my 89 is, you have to use 2 washers and a lock washer on each of the 4 studs before you put the nut back on, if you don't it won't pull up tight. I have seen another 89 vette that had the same setup as Badduck, it seems GM used which ever one they had at the time...WW

I have bolts also. Thanks for the input. I was wondering if I should put them back. Frisbee is history!

I removed it 10 years ago, and never had any problems, with A/C on or off, and HP never felt differences.
