Default Would This Exhaust Setup Work???

I wanted to get a B&B catback exhaust i decided to save some money.

I want to get Exotic Muscle 1 3/4 longtube headers and header extensions with cats.

And i want to hook it up to this corvette central exhaust. It will be al ot cheaper and i think i would should see some good hp gains from it.

Will this setup work?

You can make almost any exhaust work with a little fab work. The downside I see to this is your removing S.S. exhaust to install aluminized, it'll save you some $ but IMO I wouldn't do it.

Get the headers on then take it to a shop and tell them what you want.

You just cannot beat a SS system for durability.

But, if $$ are really tight now, the system should work fine till it corrodes away.

Be sure those are hi-flow cats. The "system" should flow at least 660cfm if behind a 300chp motor.

I have the 2 part SS duals, and IMO your best bet is to, get your headers and extensions and cats (if you have to have them) and then go to a shop and have them finish it with some pipes to the mufflers.
the kit you have posted is a whole set up from block back, you won't need that becasue your headers and extensions and stuff will be over half the length already.

thats what I did and it turned out to be the cheapest way to go as well. Driving on headers alone is.... well just say VERY LOUD
