Default Priming new ltx engine
Whats the best way to prime the new lt?
with a primer tool on the engine stand? or should i just turn it over with no plugs till the gauge reads...

Personally I think on the engine stand is a little more conservative method, but if it is properly pre lubed and the oil pump is pack with prelube, I think you can get away with either method. Is there any reason not to prime it on the engine stand?

If the intake is off use a drill and preoiler to prime. I allways do this before the intake goes on. Otherwise you have to crank it till you see pressure.
