DTC 36 after Optispark install

DTC 36 after Optispark install
Just replaced my 93 LT1 Optispark .
Following install get Engine Service light after about 20 minutes of driving. Engine is in closed loop. After restart the engine continues to run in closed loop. Fans are on with restart. DTC 36 is the cause. “DTC 36 is faulty high resolution pulse or extra low resolution pulse detected.”
Driving next day Engine Service Light does not display at startup. However after about 20 minutes of driving the Engine Service Light reappears. Again DTC 36 code is in memory.
Tried TTS Datamaster to scan for obvious problem with no luck. Only showed drop in idle to 0 and DTC 36 displayed. Don’t know what else to check.
Appreciate any help or suggestions.

I replaced my opti just a few months ago and I'm pulling the same code now and she's been running like garbage. I replaced my MAP (pulled that code as well) and she ran beautifully tonight. Tomorrow I'll reset my ECM and see if the 36 code shows again.

Removed & Re-installed Spark Mod
Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. Just removed and re-installed the Spark mod thinking a heat problem. However still get DTC 36 after about 20 minutes of driving. Will check next MAP circuit for problems.
Just don't understand the 20 minutes of driving and getting DTC 36. It always happens since replacing OPTI SPARK.
