Default Vacuum Hose?

What can you use to replace the cracked/worn vacuum hoses under the hood? What diameters are they?

I would like to replace all of the vacuum hoses under the hood since they are all pretty messed up.

Are you talking about the plastic tubing? If so, I just ordered it from NAPA but it comes in 3' lengths only, but in most cases, if not all, you can easily make them work as the distance between junctions are less then 3', at least on my 89 it was that way. I only had to do the 5/32" pipes/hoses as my 3/8" ones were fine. At NAPA they also had the rubber 90 degree nipples, straight joiners and the "Y" connector for the EGR solenoid as well.

you mean the rubber hoses just buy a few feet (you don't really need a whole spool) of each size, check the tubing they should be marked with with ID (inside diameter).

I'm doing that right now and since I haven't been able to find aluminum tubing, I'm using copper condenser tubing. I don't want to have to do this again and with a tubing bender this will look real trick.

For my LT1 I cut a small piece off of each rubber hose that was a different size. I then brought it to the local auto store were they matched it. It sells by the foot, real cheap.
