Power steering pump - direction?
allright guys - on the 86 rooadracer I am putting on a HSR setup. Along with that - I am eliminating everything else that doesn't matter.
Previuosly I had on a turn 1 pump that solved the puking on the track problems - but now I have 4 pulleys - so the pump will spin backward from what it does now?
so are their left and right handed rotation pumps? or can they spin either direction?

Carl, the water pump and PS both turn reverse (counter clockwise) stock. I recently called Turn One and they were willing to work with me on using their newer/better pump that turns normal.

I talked with turn one this afternoon - same deal they have a "normal " pump for me. I'm thinking I might want to go with one with the built in reservoir also - since I am cleaning everything up. I guess I will sell my "old" turn one pump - sure was a great unit - cured my PS fluid puking once and for all!
so I need to either pick up one of theirs - or use JEGS or Soummitt or someone else.
