front spoiler replacent(86coupe)
I replaced the left and right front parts for the spoiler but I think I am missing something. There is just a floppy piece of plastic in front of and below the ac condenser but there are not any holes and it doesn't have any real rigidity. There must be something else with some backbone that runs across the front of the car so you can bolt the middle spoiler piece to it. Does anyone have any pics of the front end of their 86 coupe. The search function here doesn't seem to work, it just kicks me back to the forum. I would appreciate any and all help. Thanks

I had the same problem when I bought my 86. There was no place to bolt on the center section. The front edge of the lower plenum is broken off, concrete parking stops will do that on these cars. You can replace it or repair it with a piece of sheet metal like I did.
