I have a 1991 corvette coupe with 57,045 miles, when the car reach operating temperature and the primary fans come on it stays and never cut off. It’s these normal or the ECM is malfunctioning. I have changed the coolant TEMP sensor, the fans relays, the Fans coolant sensor and the thermostat. Can someone help!!!

Assuming the digital dash coolant temp drops below 208, AC is OFF, but the fan stays on --
then it is likely the fan relay(s) are sticking (contacts get pitted and almost welded together over time and age).
Or it could be the temperature sensor sticking, but much less likely.
The fan relay(s) (at least on the 94s) on the mounted on the radiator housing driver side -- and available at most auto parts stores, via most supporting forum vendors and your local GM dealer.
I did change both relays form AutoZone duralast and the coolant temp sensor also; I also remove the radiator shroud and cleaned the radiator. I will try another relays from a different brand and coolant temp. The dealer mechanic told me he couldn't find anything wrong. Does anybody experience this problem before? I some advise.....
