Wheel Size on 84
What size wheels do i have on my 84? are the front and rear different sizes?
And if i were to buy a set of wheels that have been stripped of there clearcoat how often would i have to polish them.(worth the effort?)
What is the average shipping coast of 4 wheels?

you have the factory 16"s but i know if you have Z51 then you should have 16x9.5 all the way around. A nonZ51 has 16x8.5 all the way around, but 84s might be different.
IMO, if you want new wheels go to http://www.afswheels.com and buy you some 17"s.

The factory equiped the standard suspension '84's with 16"X8.5" wheels all the way around. The Z51 handling package cars came with 16"x8.5" wheels front, and 16"X9.5" rear.

You (and the Black Book) are correct on the tire size. Why? Why, indeed! Why is the intake port in the Crossfire manifold only 2/3rds the size of the port in the head? Why is the sky blue? I can help you with the sky question, better than the other two. Because???

My 1984 NON Z51 has 9.5" wheels all the way around. But the FACTORY supplied 8.5" fronts and 9.5" rears on the '84 Z51 cars. Four 8.5" wheels on the non Z51s.
