Default Rough running 87 -Code 15, 32

Took the wifey out for a cruise on Mothers Day and when I pulled into the driveway the engine sputtered, the SES light came on and it died.
The car would not start until it cooled down some. I checked the codes and got a 15 (Coolant Sensor Circuit- low temp) and a 32 (EGR circuit).
Today I reset the ECM and started it up. Started ok but runs rough, got the same codes.
I put a vacuum on the egr and it will not hold a vacuum, slowly leaks down. I'm not sure it's suppose to act like that. Every Egr valve I've seen will always hold vacuum. Anyway, I'm not sure if these are related or if 1 causes the other. Any help I can get would be appreciated.

BTW- 87 L98 stock auto

Here are the troubleshooting procedures for both codes courtesy of agent86 (another corvette member). I looked in my 87 FSM and it looks the same. I hope this helps.

Thanks F18tinman (Agent86). Looks like the Coolant Temp Sensor is bad. I'll have to get it replaced before I check the EGR valve.

Default Fixed it

The troubleshooting trees nailed it. The Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor was open ( Code 15) and the EGR Temperature Switch was shorted (code 32). Had to replace the ECTS and the EGR switch was turned down too much and shorted to the case. Thanks for the help.
