anyone get a code 42?

I just had the optispark changed to a new MSD opti, cars running but now code 42 just keeps appearing any suggestions?

I would have installed it myself but if I had it installed, I would take it back to who put it on. If you Google "OBD1 code 42" you get complete GM instructions which include.....Confirm you have a code 42 by disconnect neg. terminal on battery and reconnect. If code 42 reappears, check your coil and ignition module, etc. Get back to us on your progress to the problem.

It worked, checked the page, picked up an ignition module just changed it code is gone car is running excellent!. Thanks for your help
