Replacing pumpkin..advice req to install guys

Default

With the beam bolts out, you'll be able to move the transmission tail from side to side some. Shove it to the driver's side and the beam will fall on you.

I did not unbolt the batwing, spring, or any suspension stuff. Had the beam and drive shaft out already because the transmission came out with the engine. Just took the wheels off, took out the U-joints, and unbolted the pumpkin from the batwing. I don't have the new one in yet, so hopefully I won't run into any major problems but it looks like I can just bolt it to the batwing and reattach the axles at the U-joints and be good to go. Of course, filling it with gear oil will present a little bit of a challenge, but I think a length of flexible tube will solve that. If not, I'll just turn the car on it's side and pour the fluid in the hole...
