I was thinking of .030 over to 355ci. Get some forged pistons and rods. Trick flow says that my 175cc heads are the same casting as the 205 race super 23 so without getting heads I can get those ported to say 195ish. I would open up the FIRST intake some more too. Get some more cam to match.
The big ?? is. Would the 1.94/1.50 valves be sufficient enough. I know I can get new seats cut for the bigger valves but I wand to save some $$. This car is a street only car, with the very odd strip visit.

do you have any performance specs to share? Curious if you have and track times / dyno numbers or anything....
I will soon enough. My Gtech with 35 psi in the tires and a everything not set up 100 % properly. 45psi fuel pressure. 10 degree timing and 255/50R16 old comp t/a got me a 13.49 on a non drag strip surface, with a slight uphill grade with the tires in smoke through 1st and part of second. Its an auto with 307:1. This was the first time Ive ever launched it with the new motor and I dont have a clue how to do it. I am waiting on some more $$ to get some 275/40R17 tires/rims. And some more fine tuning Im betting on mid 12's at the strip.
I have never compared both but a buddy of mine has and he says its closeish. Most of the time its a little slow compared to actual times. But sometimes its the other way. The ticket is to be accurate with your specs. Weigh your car at the scale and use those #'s. When you set your RPM you have to be accurate on that aswell. Does anyone have anything to say with regards to my new package. No offence Pwnage1337 and tmichaud, we can talk more on this for sure.

Hot Rod or Car Craft did a big comparo when the new Gtechs came out. They found them to be accurate to a couple of 10ths. Which is not bad considering some people don't live anywhere near an actual track.
Not that I would ever use a public road for any testing or tuning.
Looking over those motor specs I would assume you have all the supporting mods (exhaust / intake ect).
Best bang for your buck without digging back into the motor may be a light hit of N2O ?
Im not going to be digging into the existing motor. I have a 97 vortec block that I am basing off of. Im not worried about that end of things. But I can get all macine work done cheep through a contact. The rotating assy however is expensive. I want to keep the $$ down. I was going to go hyperutectic pistons and stock botom end.
