Installing Lower control arm

How does one determine "normal ride height" when torquing the lower control arm while on jackstands when reinstalling it?

I don't remeber my 93 being adjustable. I just bolted them on.

I put a floor jack under my lower control arm and moved it up to approx "ride height" and torqued the bolts. I rechecked torque after 1000 miles and was ok drove another 2000 and wheels have not fallen off yet.
