Lent my 89 FSM out,What are torque settings at body for trailing arm brackets (bracket with 3 bolts that attach to the body)
also for camber connecting rod(torque setting for bolt at knuckle)
Does it matter how the rear end is positioned when the spindle nut is torqued, ie: with hubs hanging or should I jack the rear up to normal operating height before being torqued?

Reason: additional info
I realize this is an old thread, but does NOBODY know the torque values for the three bolts that hold the rear trailing arm brackets to the chassis? I've looked through the FSM and it doesn't seem to be listed there at all.
I have this information in my 85 FSM, someone on here should have a FSM for the 89 and can let you know.
All the Torque Specs for all the associated rear suspensions bolts are found on the last page of that section in the manual.
As I said, I've looked through the FSM for my '89 and it's not listed anywhere. Been through the rear suspension section, the rear axle section, the prop shaft section, the body section... nada.
