Car started leaking oil real bad, it is litterly running down onto the collector and yes the county is paying me to get rid of the mosquito's.
It smokes that bad and it is on the drivers side, I think it is the valve cover gasket, but I replaced it twice.
Was wondering if maybe because I got gaskets for a 94, would that make a difference?
Is there a difference in 93 and 94 valve covers?
I believe 93-96 are identical. If the gasket popped out of the groove and didn't seat properly it would definitely leak. They're a little putzy to install, since they seem to be somewhat larger than necessary, so you have to compress them as you pop them into the groove, and it helps for the valve cover to be clean as a whistle.
Yes, I noticed they were about an inch to long. Cut mine to length and put gasket sealer were the cut was made.
The cut is on the top, so I know it is not leaking there.

an inch would be too much, ensure you received the correct part.
I have a 95 and not sure if the 93 is the same but I had a nasty leak from the oil filter adapter that was getting all over the driver side exhaust and subsequently all over the underside of the car.
