Check to see if the ABS is still working. Make a hard stop on dirt or gravel to see if you can get the wheels to lock up and see if the clicking noise is still heard and the brake pedal pulsates. Try to find out what’s not working or what problem there is.

What you should probably look at is the sound deadening under the cover, it may have moved.
Also, when you bleed the brakes, you must bleed the whole system in order, starting with the bleeder on the ABR/ASR unit, which will bleed the 3rd line that is connected to the reservior.
