I dynoed my all-stock LT1 a couple of years ago w/ 270 hp & 301 tq ATW.
LT4s are rated 30hp higher than LT1s, so you are right on target.
Those mods you want should really wake it up. Good numbers.
Skip the headers and have the heads ported. An electric water pump is a proven gain as well.
doing the heads is good if you want to completely tear down the engine. if you just want to do bolt-on's, headers and full exhaust is the way to go. but at the same time, the cam isn't exactly bolt on...
LT4 dyno results and the LT4>LS1 discussion starts up...again.
I'll take an LS1 over an LT4 every day of the week, and twice on Sunday (and yes, I actually own one of both).
To the OP: Nice numbers! Long tubes and exhaust is a great starting point. I'm not a big fan of the EWP, but others really like them. Head and intake porting with a cam will add some power, but that's hardly bolt on work.

You aren't going to gain much if anything from an aftermarket cat back system. Your LT4 stock exhaust is fairly non restrictive up to about the volume need for 400rwhp.
LT headers and the hot cam will do much more for you than an exhaust system.
port the heads, slap in a new cam some LTs and tune and you will be very close to 400 rwhp and will be able to run with any corvette out there except maybe the new Z.
