Looking at the Opti from front to rear,
or rear to front, same difference
Passenger side, top to btm, 4-6-8-2......
Drivers side, top to btm, 5-3-7-1........

Are you talking the way the cylinders are numbered on the opti spark block?
The cylinders for the enigine are drivers side 1,3,5,7 passenger side 2,4,6,8
