Injectors should be sized for your application. Get with Jon at FIC Injectors he has a "sticky" on the top of C4 Tech/Performance section.
From what I understand, the only benefits running higher than normal psi on an injector occur while running @ wide open throttle (WOT) since the car's computer will try to correct the fuel delivery rate in any lower throttle postions.
