Default Help please.

The car runs good for the most part, but... I have a stumble or misfire when idleing. It idles good other than that. I also have a kinda hard start. It takes a couple of cranks or a little opening of the throttle plate to realy fire nicely. Its a 350, FIRST intake, Cam, rockers, TFS heads, arround 10.5:1. Any suggestions, I have not yet played with fuel pressure. My exact engine specs in DESKTOP DYNO say that the motor makes 408hp and a pile of torque. And it feels like it for sure. When I put my foot into it, she goes. Just a few issues to work out.

The stumble at idle sounds like ignition. Get the car in a dark place and start the engine, lift the hood and look for any visible signs of arcing electricity. If there is any, replace the plug wires. Also check cap & rotor. This is L98 advice, I'm assuming from your username it's an '87. ???

plugs too....basic tune up stuff is always a great place to start. If no improvement results with the above recommendations look into the fuel system.
