What other modifications would i need to have the tpis miniram work with gm's 385 fast burn crate engine in an 1989 corvette zf6speed? Would I need new injectors or would the stock ones work from my original l98 motor? I know I'll need a new chip. Also not sure about the stock throttle body working, so i was planning on getting the tpis 52mm throttle body also. Is theyre anything else I would need or should probably get for this setup for my car to work?

How about headers?
Yes, new bigger injectors would be necessary. 30lbs are probably the right size. Figure your hp and look on a chart.
Are fast-burns the alum version of vortecs? If so, does TPIS make a vortec miniram?
I'd also evaluate your clutch/FW situation. More power could challenge where you're at now.
Maybe consider upgrading your cooling system too. Hi-flow wpump and good all-alum radiator.
I assume you get a new oil pump with that motor.
Make sure that you check the header positioning on the Fastburn heads - when I have used Vortec-style heads I have had to plug and re-drill the header mounting holes .200" lower in the header flange, to raise the holes up to nicely mate with the exhaust port. If you don't do it, you run the risk of shrouding the top .200" of the port, which unfortunately is the highest flowing section of the port.
In this picture you can see 'eyebrows' left from plugging the old holes and redrilling lower:
Obviously something you want to do before coating, just like the 'massage point' I had to put in one tube.
I also had to find a trimmable gasket to accomodate the above changes. My normal choice, Felpro metal core ones don't trim well. I ended up with a set of Earl's Master Seal with the graphite cores (in aluminum frames). You can carefully bolt them up to the heads and trim easily with a new Xacto blade, and they seal great. Get a couple extra graphite inserts which are available separately - they do have a tendency to tear on disassembly after use.
