Default HELP please!

I bought HIDs for my 2001 z06. And after raising n closing headlights making sure everything is working right. The headlights wont go back down? I put them down manually and turn it on again and they raise up. But just the going down part. Any suggestions? Both motors have brass gears so it isnt them.

And on another note my driver side hid starting flickering a little bit when the battery is kinda low? Is that normal? Any electrical help would be greatly appreciated!

Daylight Sentinel play any role in this? You've tried turning it off?
