power windows
My power windows won't work. Some times when i go over a bump they start to work. There is power going to the switch when the key is turned on. You think switch is no good?

There is a couple of connections inside the door that sometimes come loose. I had to do mine two days ago. It's not that hard. Just take the door panel off, then the aluminum panel inside. You don't have to take the aluminum panel completely off, just take it out enough to check the wires underneath it. Sometimes it's a good idea to go ahead and unplug the plugs and plug them back in; that wipes the dirt off the contacts. Somewhere in the old Corvetteforum files there is a schematic of the power window system; I used it to troubleshoot my Vette windows. Since there are 2 power window switches I doubt if both are bad.
