Washers for Magnesium valve covers?

Default Washers for Magnesium valve covers?
I've got a set of perimeter bolt Magnesium valve covers to put on the car, I've got the bolts (1/4-20x1) but I didn't get the washers and GM has discountinued them. Can anyone tell me what washers I need, or just use plain metal washers?

On the bolts, I went with what GM shows.
