The auxilary pusher fan was optional, not all C4s have it during the years it was available.

The secondary fan seems to operate more frequently than my main engine fan. It actually comes on before the main engine fan when i start it up and let the temp rise. When i drive it, {city driving}, the coolant temp does not really go above 210 degrees. Does that sound about right to you guys? I'm very paranoid about these aluminum heads. I bought a set of remanufactured stock heads. I heard bad things about them, seems GM made them a tad thin. I know this was the second time the car blew a head gasket. The original heads were cut so much Napa made me pay the core charge, told me to take them home with me. BTW, thanks for the advice regarding bulbs, inexpensive, and pretty easy.
Thanks again.
