Mine fits OK with an extension on the driver handle. If there is little room use a box wrench on a screw driver torx bit. Or a flex extension. It takes little force to turn the screw so really even a pliers with a bit would be fine.

Jake,
I use a very long allen wrench and slide it thru the throttle cable bracket to reach the screw in a straight manner. I think I use an 1/8" that will work or a metric that is close to the size of the hole.Had to crack my blades some on the stroker to get the idle and IAC counts adjusted right. Mines an Edelbrock 3810 though. Screw could be different

Reason: add
His has a torx head screw. One type of bits I have are too short and the other type are too long. Between a rock and a hard place.
So what would I need, a T-15 or something close to that? If I knew the size I could buy a flexible driver.
I removed the three bolts holding the throttle cable to the intake and still my bits wouldn't clear the protrusion on the intake manifold. My longer bits can't go in straight because they bind on the intake at about a 30 degree angle.
Cheapo Torx screwdriver with a long shank, heat the shank, bend to 90 degree angle, it fits.
Sometimes you need to make your tools.
I have a whole drawer of specially bent wrenches/screwdrivers/and sockets and pliers with various things welded to them.
