87 ABS Problem

87 ABS Problem
The ABS in my 87 Corvette is pulsating when you are stopped with your foot on the brake. The quick fix was to remove the brake fuse, but I would still like to troubleshoot it before I go to a dealer.
Anyone had this situation before?
