1988 350 code 33 MAF senser
I have an 88 350 that has been popping up with code 33. It runs fine in the morning, but when it sits out in the sun, and I go to drive it, the check engine light comes on and it runs like quap. Any ideas of what could be heating up from the sun to make it come up to show MAF? If I shut the car off for 30 seconds and start it back up, the light goes out and runs ok for a while. Thankyou

I gave it a tuneup, plugs wires, cap and rotor, air filter, and I did change the two relays. Didn"t help. I also cleaned the MAF senser. Changed the oil and filter, and checked vacuum lines. It doesn"t do it all the time, but is getting more frequent. Could the TPS possibly cause this and have a code going to MAF?

Check the relays with a digital ohm meter. "Replace if less than 18 Ohms."
Hope that's all you got. I got a 36, 42 and 43.
